Extensive training offer
Every year, Grontmij organises a coherent training & development programme. The programme is very varied and includes training modules on technical know-how, communication, organisation management and other personal skills. Older employees transfer their knowledge via training and coaching of younger employees. When needed, their job (content) is changed at a later stage of their career.
