These targets above are translated in all our activities and are the basis for all our decisions. We support these with the following policy guidelines:

• Quality and environmental aspects are regarded as equally important as financial-economical and technical aspects.
  
  
• Our clients continuously present questions and as such they continously guide the development of our knowledge and experience. We enter into partnerships with our clients, we commit ourselves and provide total solutions. Whenever possible, we aim to provide sustainable solutions & alternatives in the decision-making processes.
  
• The commitment of our employees is crucial. Quality is everybody's concern, and requires a contribution by all our employees. We strive for transparent communication and efficient support of the employees. Permanent training and personal development programmes are very important instruments here.
  
  
• The activities that we execute are part of processes that we want to manage and control well. We have defined and documented these processes. They are the basis of our quality management system.
  
  
• We strive for continued improvements in all management areas. To safeguard the efficiency of our processes, we have defined indicators and set targets. The performances are reported per quarter by means of a Balanced Score Card.
  
  
• Preparation, execution, evaluation and assurance of the management system are points on the agenda of the yearly management evaluation, which is done by the quality management board.
