Jan Bosschem elected as president-elect of the EFCA
At the General Assembly of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) Jan Bosschem, director of Grontmij Belgium, was elected as president-elect of the EFCA. He will start this position in May 2011 and lead the EFCA. Jan Bosschem has been a member of the board of the EFCA since 2005, first as treasurer and from 2008 as vice-president.
Jan Bosschem: "I’m looking forward to working with and under the guidance of the current president Panos Panagopoulos the coming year. Given the current crisis, the emergence of new business models and the fading role of Europe at the geopolitical and economic level, I will focus on cooperation and agreement with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
