LNG projects, no child's play
In Denmark, Grontmij has used its extensive know-how and experience on projects around LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas). This service is comprehensive and is also used in other countries where Grontmij operates, including Belgium.
LNG is converted in liquefied natural gas plants and by special gas tankers and, after evaporation, transported by pipeline. Safety plays an especially important role in the whole LNG process, from conversion to consumption. Thus, for example, insulation and double-walled security are essential for the storage of gas.
