Unit Manager

The organisational structure at Grontmij Industry is built around "Units". Our clients are assigned to a unit and the unit then offers them the services they require. The Unit is the client's main point of contact for both existing and new projects.

The Unit is in the hands of the Unit Manager. A Unit Manager organises the activities within his Unit, leads the projects and takes care of his staff. This job encompasses a great deal of responsibility towards the client and towards co-workers and suppliers. He oversees the quality of the services offered, project safety, the schedule and budget agreements. Furthermore, he ensures a good team spirit within his Unit.

The work of the Unit Manager is highly varied and the challenges he faces are great. It makes sense, therefore, that he should have many years experience with building and maintaining client relationships, managerial work and actual project engineering work.
