Grontmij Industry is truly a project-oriented organisation. All the activities we carry out take place within the scope of a "project". We set up a tailor-made project team which includes engineers and designers in response to client orders. The team then works hard to complete the project under the guidance of an experienced Project Engineer. In order to complete the job successfully, they rely heavily on inter-member consultation. 

Working in teams is a particularly enriching experience. Our employees are personally supervised by a Project Engineer, they know they are an important link in the chain, they learn from other team members and they communicate with a large number of people within the organisation.
