HR & QSE Manager at Grontmij Industry nominated for Business Excellence Manager 2009
Gerard Sponselee, Grontmij Industry's HR & QSE Manager has been nominated for the "Business Excellence Manager 2009" award. This award is a De Kwaliteitskrant (The Quality Newspaper) and Flemish Quality Management Centre initiative. These organisations scour the private and public sectors for companies and teams that work to obtain Business Excellence.
Gerard Sponselee: "My nomination is recognition for the entire company. In recent years, we have all worked hard on the organisation's structure. We have continuously sought improvement and guaranteed quality in our operating processes. In January 2009, we acquired the ESF quality label and in 2008, we were nominated for the HR Ambassador award. The nomination for "Business Excellence Manager 2009" is a confirmation of Grontmij Industry's sound approach."
