EPCm project starts with search for value drivers
A company that is going to expand an existing site or plant obviously wants to realize that cost efficiently. The customers want value for their money and to receive a completed plant that entirely meets their expectations. At the same time, throughout all phases of the project, they would like the disruption to production kept to a minimum. And in addition, there are probably still other criteria that need to be taken into account. In order to achieve the desired result, strong project management and a well thought through project approach are necessary.
