Official opening of Sika's fully automatic production system
On Tuesday 31 March 2009, Sika's brand new fully automatic production system officially went into operation.
This system, located on the INEOS site in Linkeroever, Antwerp handles the production of Sika(r)ViscoCrete(r) products for the Construction division. In just thirteen months, Grontmij Industry took care of the engineering, procurement, construction management and safety coordination of the entire project. The result is a fully automatic system, driven by the INEOS control room.
